What we collect
- When you book a delivery: your name, phone number and email address, the pickup and delivery addresses, the recipient's name and number, and a description of what is being sent.
- From website visitors: anything you type into a contact or enquiry form, plus basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address.
Why we use it
We use your information only to carry out the delivery you asked for, to contact you about it, to bill you, and to keep the records the law obliges us to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
The courier carrying your delivery is given the addresses and contact numbers needed to complete it, and nothing more. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Delivery records are kept for as long as UAE record-keeping and tax rules require, and then deleted. You may ask us to delete your contact details sooner if no delivery is in progress.
How we protect it
Access to our admin system is restricted by role, and passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. Enquiry records are readable only by authorised staff who have signed in.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work: one to keep an administrator signed in, and one to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
